This is in regards to case #9588671. I bought the vacuum and only used it a handful of times as it was for my stairs. The brush does not move and the company stated over the phone that the belt cannot be replaced. Asked me to send in my receipt and that I would hear back from someone. Eureka - Your videos and ads are miss leading.you should be closed dwn.

problems: clogs from day 1 of use, has to taken apart after every use(brush roll area, hose connects to vacuum cleaner) 2) hose does not stay in place 3) pedal does not work ( broke after 2nd use) Series AS3100. store would not take it back over the 30 days. To ship to you... COST: $$$$$$ My area stores would not fix it.. not worth the $$$$$ Today all vacuums with cup holders are CRAP>>>> ANY suggestions How I can ship back to you for FREE.. YOU can give to your techs so they can look at their design flaws....

Eureka - Vacuum not working

I have had my vacuum cleaner for a couple of years but it is never been used more than 30 times and it will not and has not been pulling the dirt up. I have checked the hose I have cleaned out the filter I've checked the belt and nothing seems to work it just will not pick up. Do you have suggestions or what can you do to help me? I don't have the money to buy a new vacuum cleaner.

Eureka - 2 broken vaccuums model number 71 type B

Bought one that broke while still under warantee and they sent me a new one. New one broke after a few months but they would not replace because it's been over a year since I bought the first one. So basically they are saying that even though they know that this is only 6 months old they will not cover it. In otherwords, sorry your vaccuum broke after 6 months but you'll just have to go buy something else because our products apparently break and we don't care. Oh well. I would not recommend buying anything from eureka. Danny
